What is the mininum quantity to place an order?

How do I place an order?
Ordering at Green Little Beans is very easy! Simply contact us or fill out our new customer enrollement form and you will have access to our customer portal where you can download our CollectionCatalog, Pricelist, and Order Form.

What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept Visa, Master card, American Express, and Discover. After 1st order we do accept Company Check and Net Terms only if approved after a credit application is filled out.

Once I place an order what is my delivery time frame and when is my shipping cost?
Delivery time varies from 60-90 days. Please contact us for more info.

Where are your products made and where do you ship from?
All of Green Little Beans products are handmade from our community of Artisans in Brazil and shipped out of our office in Miami, FL

What is Green Little Beans return policy?
Items are accepted for credit or exchange within 30 days of receipt. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding shipping and handling charges promptly upon the acceptance of returned items. After 30 days all returns are for exchanges or online credit only. No returns, exchanges or online credit after 60 days from date of purchase. Send items securely wrapped. All articles must have all the original tags and labels affixed, as they were when the articles were delivered. Shipping and handling charges are one direction only..

How can I get a pricelist?
Once you fill out the new customer enrollement form completely, You will receive a detailed collection catalog along with a price list.

Can I place an international order?
Sure, Please note you will be responsible for paying freight, insurance, and Custom Cleareance. Feel free to contact us directly if you would like to discuss in further detail.
